WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition (unworn & unwashed) to qualify for a refund.


WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
UPS Ground - Transit times listed at checkout (1-5 business days).
UPS Standard Domestic - Under 1lb only (1-5 business days).
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 business days, not guaranteed.
USPS Ground Advantage -  2-4 business days, not guaranteed.
Media Mail (Music items only) - 2-4 business days.

Please allow 3 business days for processing of orders during regular periods and up to 5 business days during peak periods.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS/TAXES/FEES ON MY ORDER?

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and so we recommend checking with your local customs office for further information, before placing an order with us.
